Nice place. Good coffee. Very good customer service. My cold brew was watered down from the ice and cream; I asked for a half-sized re-pour without ice and with just a splash of cream. They did it with a smile. Good customer service!

Lilian is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and always greets me with the biggest smile. She even remembers my name, which truly means a lot. I come to this coffee shop sometimes before school, and she consistently makes my day better. Her kindness and positive energy are the perfect way to start the day. Customer service like this is rare and so appreciated!

Black Sheep Coffee is hands down one of my favorite spots. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they consistently make amazing coffee. My go-to order is the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, it’s perfect every time. I also love how convenient it is to order through the app and pick up at the drive-thru when I’m in a hurry. It makes mornings so much easier without sacrificing quality. Great people, great vibes, and great coffee. Highly recommend!

Black Sheep Coffee in Dallas is a great spot for both a quick stop or a place to hang out for some coffee. One nice perk is the drive-thru, which is perfect if you’re in a rush. The Norwegian waffles were delicious, and the coffee was good (though not piping hot). Inside, chill vibes, there’s plenty of seating, making it a solid place to get some work done or just relax. Ordering is done via touch screen, which makes customizing your drink easy and convenient without having to order at the counter. Overall, a good experience- I’d recommend it and would definitely come back for another coffee and snack.

This is my first time here and the experience was absolutely amazing! The cashier was so friendly and helpful. I ordered the gingerbread matcha and it is absolutely delicious! The place is so cute too! I will definitely be back! 😋 🍵
