Midtown Cafe

Like all the other reviews, the lady working here is rude beyond anything I have ever seen. Food was decent, but never again. I saw 2 different people walk away after asking questions about the menu and got a rude response from her. Weird that owners put up with that but it’s their business.

I was in shock when the female with the red dreadlocks had a terrible addidtude she was working the register when she hand me my oder I said, "thank you sweetie" You know being polite, her respond was DON'T CALL ME SWEETIE! wow...I am a 58 year old man and in all my life NO ONE has ever responded in such a negative way! I fly twice a month into St. Louis Airport on business. Never will I eat at this place again...especially when you interact with a rude person...she has no people skills and shouldn't be working with the public! Especially at a restaurant...maybe she should work at a wear house or at a cemetery where she can interact with the deceased!🤔

Can you please give that women more staffing and help so it can move faster. I imagine it’s a managerial decision to have two people working the breakfast rush. Do better

Great location just right of entry into SouthWest boarding gates. Prices are a little high. The staff needs a morning pep talk, a little too much attitude. Plus, it would help if they identified or marked the contents of each coffee cup.

Don't try the smoothie here. its not good and has caused me diarrhea. I don't recommended going to this place in the airport
