Crema's Take

This South Boston outpost of Tatte brings a spacious, airy vibe that's perfect for lingering over breakfast or settling in with your laptop, and the pastry case is genuinely worth the visit—reviewers rave about fresh-baked croissants and beautiful baked goods. The coffee leans toward creative, flavored drinks like their pistachio latte (go light on sugar), and while breakfast offerings are hit-or-miss depending on what you order, the best-reviewed items like the BLAT and fresh breakfast plates have people wanting to stay all morning. Street parking is free and plentiful here, making it a more relaxed alternative to their busier Charles Street location.

I liked the fish, but the rice was overly salty and greasy. If you order the pistachio latte, I’d recommend less sugar or no sugar at all—it’s very sweet on its own.

Tatte Bakery was such a treat. Breakfast was seriously the best so fresh and delicious & the coffee was amazingggg I could’ve stayed there all morning! Kate is so friendly & welcoming, can't wait to go back! Toronto needs a Tatte ASAP ☕️🥐💗

More spacey than the Charles street branch..no parking issue as the street parking is 2hrs and free on the street. Great spot..baked goods variety was less than the Charles street branch though

Cool place with a beautiful bakery but the breakfast for me was just ok. I have had much better and authentic Israeli breakfast at other places. The baked goods looked beautiful and what we tried was delicious.

Nice Israeli bakery. I got the BLAT and mocha coffee. Delicious. I got a few chocolate croissants to take back to the house, too. A+
