Crema's Take

I appreciate your interest, but I should be transparent: Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers isn't a specialty coffee shop, so it falls outside Crema's wheelhouse. We focus on discovering great coffee experiences, and while Cane's clearly does one thing exceptionally well (their legendary sauce and crispy chicken fingers), they're not really in the coffee discovery space. If you're looking for coffee recommendations in Boston, I'd be happy to help point you toward some great local roasters instead!

Great food, great service and screw what the landlord says about making the whole place reek of fried chicken. I hope you guys win the eviction suit cause it’s apparent that you guys are a hit with the crowds and we’re rooting for you guys to stay!

The food was great, the chicken is fried well, the fries very soft and nice and the bread/toast was perfect. The sauce has a very interesting taste but overall very good. As an English person I really enjoyed it!! Very filling as well.😋😋

This place is famous for their sauce and it did not disappoint. The chicken fingers are good but too oily for my liking. The fries are also good and less oily than the chicken. Their Cane’s sauce is amazing and definitely worth a try.

I’m glad to see chicken tender chains migrating north, and Raising Cane’s is always a welcome sight. Compared to Foosackly’s and Zaxby’s, Cane’s lands in third place for me. They have the biggest tenders of the three and the best toast, but their fries are bland and overly salty, the chicken isn’t as well seasoned, and the prices are on the higher side. Still, I’ll take any southern chicken tender spots making their way up here. Service was fast, and the food was good as expected. The interior was a little dirty but nothing extreme, and there’s some outdoor seating available—though it’s sparse. Overall, a solid option if you’re craving chicken tenders, even if it’s not the best of the best.

Raising Cane’s is a prime example of how focusing on one thing and doing it exceptionally well can set a restaurant apart. While many fast-food chains try to offer a little bit of everything, Cane’s sticks to one specialty – chicken fingers – and executes it flawlessly. The chicken fingers are always served hot, with a crispy, golden crust and tender, juicy meat inside. The quality is evident, as the chicken is always fresh and never frozen. But what really elevates the experience is the Cane’s Sauce, a signature dipping sauce that perfectly complements the chicken and has gained a near cult-like following. The sides are just as impressive. The Texas Toast, buttery and slightly crispy, adds a nice contrast to the meal. The coleslaw is fresh and light, balancing out the richness of the fried chicken, while the crinkle-cut fries are always crisp and satisfying. Beyond the food, the service at Raising Cane’s is consistently friendly and efficient, reflecting the brand’s fun and laid-back culture. The restaurants are clean and well-maintained, with a simple yet inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking for fast food that delivers on quality, flavor, and consistency, Raising Cane’s is a top-tier choice. Their commitment to doing one thing exceptionally well makes them a standout in the fast-food industry.
