my lotus tasted like lightly carbonated toilet water (i wish i was joking, i could not drink it) and was 8.50 for a 24oz paid with cash and i brought a personal cup :/

Ordered a breakfast burrito and a cold brew coffee. The burrito was $7.50 and turned out to be a frozen one that you can buy in the store. For the price point I didn't expect that. Also, my cold brew coffee had an unexpected bitterness to it and a thick layer of "sludge" at the bottom of the cup.

I used to love this place! After this afternoon's visit I'll never go there again! Longer wait time than ever before to get my usual 24oz breve that the lady charged more for than the menu says. I definitely did not get the breve I ordered, gas station drip coffee would have been better a much better choice! What I got is so watered down it tastes absolutely horrible! There was no little hole sticker, no option for whip. I almost want my money back! But I'm not going to bother, just never going there again.

I had asked for a strawberry smoothie. I stood there for 25 minutes waiting tasted it tasted like straight up water 🤬🤮🤣!

Loved coming here, close to work, good coffee, until I tried to substitute soy and got huge chunks in the bottom of my iced drink. I nicely mentioned it to the cashier the next time (glasses and huge holes in her ears) I didnt ask for a remake and she just told me it's normal with soy milk. Went again and tried the soy milk again but its disgusting having an iced coffee with chunks at the bottom regardless if it's normal for soy to do that, she even argued with me and told me to get my coffee elsewhere. Very poor customer service and quality if you think it's okay to serve chunky drinks. Gross.
