The ube latte is phenomenal! Exciting, flavorful drinks and food. The tofu banh mi is the perfect texture and flavor, though could have had more toppings. The atmosphere is cozy enough to sit down and have a quick lunch.

Delicious, creative cafe drinks w/ fluctuating seasonal menus. Always has great music playing and an overall chill/quiet atmosphere perfect for meeting up w/ a friend or getting work done on a laptop. Staff are sweet and knowledgeable and the bhán mìs are delicious!

Pretty solid coffee with lots of fancy flavor options to choose from as well. I did not get to try the banh mi as I came in at 7 AM and was very likely the first person in. I did try the donuts and while they weren’t terrible, They weren’t exactly what I expected when I see the word donut. They were dense and smooth and cool temp wise, lol I really can’t think of anything to compare them with! The black sesame coffee was absolutely delicious, but there was a ton of grits left at the bottom of the cup.

Cute little neighborhood spot, easy to get in, quick service and get back on the road. Very clean, great service—was greeted with a smile upon entering. The chai tea offered a special option of black sesame and I like it!! Also had the teriyaki tofu bahn mi with extra veggies and it’s tasty too. A perfect lunch on a toasty day! Sorry the pic is of my partially eaten bahn mi—almost forgot to snap a pic.

This place is great. They have amazing coffee. I loved the atmosphere as well. I am told their Banh Mi sandwich is amazing. All I can vouch for is the amazing coffee. I absolutely LOVE the Ubi Latte! I highly recommend you try it. It's a great place to meet up for coffee and/or lunch as well.
