Press Coffee - Scottsdale Quarter

As I am a loyal customer to press, and go to 32nd and Shea press frequently. I was disappointed by my visit at the Scottsdale quarter location. Per arrival I had arrived 5 minutes prior to my time. Then had waited over 10 minutes for two people to complete my order. Both workers with blonde hair, continued talking and couldn’t have cared less about the 3 people waiting for their coffee. Very frustrating and will not be coming again.

Consistent at multiple locations. Rotating single origins and great selection for retail sales. Breakfast burrito is so good!

Nice cafe with good made-to-order food. The breakfast burritos were both good. The matcha was very tasty, as were the other coffees. Service is also very good. Plenty of space to sit and work or just enjoy your food. Small dining area outside as well.

Nice place - tables actually are not too close (nice!). Food/drinks are typical. But wow - they canNOT get their service figured out! Nonstop confusion on orders. Half-orders, forgotten orders, etc. I stood by (yeah, they botched my order) and watched at least 50% of the customers get frustrated or confused. The distance from ordering to pickup is barely 10 feet and they use a modern Point of Sale system... but they still cannot figure out how to get from an order to a fulfilled order. Ridiculous. It would have been faster for me to go buy a kettle and the coffee/tea I wanted and make my own (hahahaha)

The coffee is great and tastes very fresh. I tried the americano and the nitro cold brew and both were awesome The bakery items are very good as well. We tried the almond croissant, cranberry scone and banana muffin that was surprisingly low in sugar and tasty
