The Food The Roasted Pork Belly Bánh Mì: Absolute perfection. The pork was incredibly tender, and the bread had that ideal soft-yet-sturdy texture. It’s loaded with traditional Vietnamese mayo, pickled daikon, carrots, cilantro, and cucumber. Pro tip: The jalapeños have a real kick—be ready! Made-to-Order Summer Rolls: You can taste the freshness. They use romaine, lotus pickle, red cabbage, cucumber, mint, and rice vermicelli. Since they’re made to order, the rice paper is perfectly pliable, not chewy or dry. Unique Sides: Skip the standard bag of chips and go for the Honey Butter Potato Chips or the Prawn Crackers. They’re the perfect crunchy pairing for the sandwiches or their savory noodle bowls (available in chicken, beef, or tofu). The Drinks You can't leave without trying the Vietnamese Phin Drip Iced Coffee. They use authentic Robusta beans, which provide that bold, signature energy boost. The flavor variations are creative and delicious—the Salted Cream, Go-Co-Nuts, and Black Tiger are all game-changers. Service & Logistics The service is wonderful. If you’re feeling indecisive, the staff is more than happy to walk you through the menu and help you pick your new favorite dish. Note on Parking: The lot can get a little tricky since it’s shared with several other businesses, so give yourself an extra minute to find a spot—it is well worth the effort!

The O.G. Bánh Mì was really good and authentic. It had generous amounts of pâté and Vietnamese mayo. The Chicken Bánh Mì was decent as well. The wait was a bit long, over 20 minutes, but they only had two workers handling the lunch rush. The interior is bare-bones right now, but I am sure they will upgrade it over time. The prices are a bit high, but they are the only restaurant specializing in bánh mì in Springfield.

Absolutely phenomenal. Bread was super fresh, all the ingredients tasted very fresh, got the beef bahn mi with an egg and it absolutely made my day. I will be coming here regularly! So happy to have an authentic Vietnamese-owned bahn mi shop in Springfield and I’m so glad to report that I was blown away by the quality and friendliness of the owner! You can really tell it’s made with care!

Delicious! You have to come try everything and then you’ll want to come back, I promise. We tried almost everything and shared. The pork belly Banh mi was my favorite, closely followed by the beef Banh mi. The noodle bowls were delicious, the beef is so tender. The summer rolls are a burst of summer in your mouth—make sure you try the secret sauce with them. We’ll be back over and over. We need healthy delicious food and they provide both. Can’t wait to come again. Staff is so friendly and they want to make sure you are enjoying your meal.
