Crema's Take
“Forêt FLG is a bright, modern café that brings a touch of French-inspired charm to Flagstaff with thoughtfully crafted pastries and brunch dishes made with genuinely fresh ingredients and care. Beyond the excellent coffee, their creative specialty drinks like the pumpkin chai and matcha stand out, and the staff takes real time to explain how dishes are prepared, making it feel more like a culinary experience than a quick transaction. It's the kind of welcoming, unhurried spot where families linger over generous portions and travelers find a little piece of something special.”

The food was great but the Matcha was my favorite! I don’t recall what I ordered, it was basically a waffle, however it was tasty. I am pretty basic when it comes to breakfast so this menu was too much for my taste. No complaints at all. The whole experience was full of flavor!
We stopped by for lunch while visiting the area. We had the most amazing meal. My daughter got the steak and eggs. When she ordered they took the time to explain the preparation and that it takes a little longer so the set the time expectation ahead of time which was great. I got the corn salad. Everything was so flavorful. The atmosphere was so relaxing. It was one of our most memorable meals. We didn’t want to leave.
This is a great place for an awesome breakfast. A casual vibe with big portions at fair prices. You order and pay at the counter, get your drinks, and your food gets delivered to the table. It is self seating and first come first served in terms of getting a table, but everyone seemed to get a seat. Inside and outside seating was available. The process can be a bit slow, but it is worth it. The breakfast burritos were amazing as was the waffle! Good bacon as well. Loved the coffee and yes, they also have beer and Bloody Mary’s! VictorB
I travel often to France so I was excited to have brunch here. They did have a lot of menu items like patisseries that reminded me of my travels. But I chose a less French option - the breakfast burrito - for breakfast. It was so delicious. The tortilla was thin and crispy and the ingredients inside were a perfect melange - eggs, refried beans, salsa and more. J’ai bien mangé et j’ai hâte de retourner!
A little gem in Flag ☺️ A modern, inviting cafe atmosphere, exceptionally kind staff, & deliciously fresh food! I had the dirty little pumpkin chai (very sweet and very good) and the avocado toast, sans egg to make it vegan. At first I thought it was expensive, but it was served on thick, brioche and I ended up having leftovers. The ingredients were light and fresh and flavorful! I would absolutely return here!
