Biscoff cookie was soft but dunkable, not overly sweet, and filled with chocolate and carmel. Coffee was fresh and made for a perfect morning snack.

I LOVE Bella’s coffee. Huge fan! I researched them before we moved here and have been to two different locations, I’ve been at different times and days. Weekends, and weekdays. So tell me why every single time it’s been at least 20 minutes before receiving my coffee. One time it was over 40 MINUTES! I have been to soooo many different coffee shops, I love supporting smaller shops, but I have never had to wait so long before! I’ve been to coffee shops with only one employee and it still look 10 minutes TOP. My husband went for me today to another location and we’ve already decided that the wait wasn’t worth it, but I’ve been dying to try the red velvet, so he went for me. It took him 20 minutes per usual which upset him, especially because he was seen right when he got there and it was pretty empty at 10am on a weekday, and he has to get to work. I love everything about bell’aroma but the wait will never be worth it. I’m just glad my husband didn’t end up waiting 40 minutes like I did! I wish the business well and all the success, but hire more employees or something. Y’all would have so many more customers if only you could get them out faster. Sincerely a customer who loves Ya’ll, and wishes she had the time to enjoy y’all!

I just want to thank Tesla this morning for being so incredibly patient while I was ordering my coffee. She never rushed me and took her time to make sure I understood exactly what I was ordering. That level of care and attention is truly amazing customer service. Thank you, Tesla, for such outstanding service!

Love this place so much! I took advantage of their $5 Texas Tuesday deal and my family got 3 huge drinks. I grabbed their Tiramisu Delight, Zach got their CC Sunrise Energizer, and Roy got their Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. Each drink was unique and tasted AMAZING! Staff was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Little to no wait time. Definitely a must try!

The first thing you should know is that this is in a food court downtown, not a restaurant. We would never have come here had we known. And probably should have left. This is a place for business people to grab something not out of town people to visit. Drinks took forever. Was done with my crossiant (which was cold, I had asked for it toasted), also had asked for butter and there was none had to go back and ask for it, my mom's muffin was supposed to be heated, and she had to bring it back up to get reheated. And 2 of our coffee's literally took 30 minutes to come out. We were all done with our food by then. Ridiculous how long the drinks took to make, considering we were the only customers at the time. On the positive side, the sausage egg and cheese panini was really good. And the bacon egg and cheese bagel was also really good. Because they were both warm and pressed. I would not come back here again.
