Crema's Take

Rise & Shine is a genuinely owner-operated gem where the real star is their daily-rotating biscuits—flaky, flavorful, and perfectly textured—that you can enjoy solo or build into a sandwich with quality meats and creative spreads. The tiny, cozy space has a warm neighborhood feel that makes it perfect for a solo coffee contemplation or a lingering breakfast with friends, though you'll want to arrive early since seats fill up fast. Their coffee matches the quality of the pastries, offering solid traditional drinks that pair beautifully with those exceptional biscuits.

First time here. Super quaint place, felt like the owners are the operators. Got two biscuit sandwiches. One with ham, one with bacon. Biscuits are super flavorful, and just dry enough. Right where it needs to be. The hash brown was phenomenal, can’t wait to go back.

really really tasty turkey. the biscuits are yummy and flavorful. however i was extremely disappointed by the comical two slices of roast beef. caked with a horseradish mayo. i had to wipe off most of the mayo, which was also disappointing as i don’t like mayo and thought the horseradish was just a a pure smear. still yummy. but a mere two slices was sad to see 2/22/26 at 9:30am

Cute little place that's definitely not going to break the bank. Really good service and I'll definitely be returning first time going here. The biscuits are really good and the coffees very good as well. The service was amazing and the cashier was super funny.

Excellent biscuits and a nice mellow atmosphere. Had the back patio all to myself and really enjoyed eating in the open air!

The place is very cozy so not much room to sit, but If you like biscuits you gotta stop in. They make a different biscuit everyday. You can build your own biscuit sandwich if you want. Omg. I wish there was one closer to where I live. The coffee was delicious as well.
