Love this place Open 24 hours a day Hell yes me and my girl go there all the time

Long time faithful customer had a terrible experience today 2/22/26. I ordered a sandwich and my dog ate it so I went back and ordered another sandwich. The shift had changed and now it's a young Caucasian male-whom refused to identify -who took my order and the customers behind me. He immediately began working on the order of the customers behind me. I stepped out and waited at my car. I went back in and my order still wasn't done so I waited back at my car. Finally, went back in and retrieved my sandwich, went home and began eating half of my sandwich. The sandwich slid apart which caused me to open it and I realized it was no meat on it. I drove back up and let the guy know he forgot to put meat and he told me, "I put meat so what did you do with it " He basically insinuated that I took the meat off and tried to get a free sandwich. I was absolutely applaud by his behavior so I asked for a refund to which he refused. He refused to make my sandwich, notify management, told me to leave and he would call the police on me. I went back around 5pm to ask have he contacted management yet and I explained that he really did make a mistake. He told me, " You got on my nerves so much today, I'll just remake your sandwich. I responded by saying I don't want the sandwich I want management now because I have a problem and the shifts have to change so they'll find out. He called the police on me and said I threatened him with physical harm and I did not. I'm very upset, disheartened and disappointed by this situation. I hope to speak with the owner's soon because I was a loyal long time customer that has always been respectful and this behavior should not be tolerated in any customer service establishment no matter what color you are. I wonder if he would have responded to a person of a different race differently honestly. My feelings are really hurt because of the principle and then to be robbed is insane and unacceptable.

I’ve had the donuts here a few times and they are always super fresh and good! Decent prices!

Absolutely wonderful workers who bake some of the most delicious foods!!!! Last time I was there 4 cops pulled in, so it must be great!!! The breakfast sandwich is awesome as well! Their prices are as great as the food!

Taste like Krispy kreme donut but bigger. Very delicious with the good price. Go early in the morning when donuts still fresh.
