Crema's Take
“This locally owned chocolate maker in Seattle crafts award-winning, uniquely flavored truffles in an elegant and quaint setting that feels like a special escape. While reviews are mixed on consistency—ranging from exceptional hospitality and generously offered samples to occasional service disparities—the standout draw is their distinctive chocolate creations, particularly their innovative flavor combinations that go beyond typical offerings. The experience works best as a leisurely sit-down visit to savor their specialty chocolates rather than a quick grab-and-go stop.”

I’ve unfortunately had a negative experience every time I’ve come here. The employees barely acknowledged my family, but they were very attentive to other customers and offered them samples. I can’t help but wonder if there was any bias involved since this has happened three times now, which is concerning. My mom went there most recently and was charged for a large hot chocolate that was only two-thirds full. While their products are delicious, the poor customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and delicious, award winning and unique flavors. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated chocolate maker.
Went on a chocolate tour. Came to this place for our last stop around 1230pm. Door was locked, lights were on. Trash looking business when they don't keep up with posted business hours. Other customers were waiting outside as well. A couple of hours later they were open with a lot of people and but doors were locked. Employees looked miserable, customers looked miserable...all around a miserable time. Dont go to this business if you want to be locked out during open business hours.
Partner gifted me 4 boxes of 2 truffles each from here. Garbage chocolate with little flavor. $8 per package for 2 small truffles. Can taste the waxy lecithin and no flavor of orange in the two 'marmalade' styles that I've tried so far. Yes I am a chocolate snob and I actually dislike and can tell when lecithin is used, especially in dark chocolate. I hate when shops charge high end prices for cheaply made product. In addition, the actual chocolate ingredients were hidden inside packaging.
A sweet, elegant quaint atmosphere with some of the most spectacular award winning chocolates I’ve ever tasted. The salesperson helping us was so friendly, knowledgeable and generous with samples. I could’ve stayed there all evening talking and tasting the wonderful variety of chocolates. Sometimes, you just have to splurge once in a while and go for the amazingly delicious and small bites of chocolate that are a bit on the pricey side. But if you let the chocolate melt in your mouth you’ll get to hear the heavens singing a little bit longer than if you were to chew. I’ll definitely come again.. loved the atmosphere, food and service!
