I worked with Laura Henry for six months in 2024 while training for a sprint triathlon in San Diego, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We trained together while I was living in New York and continued seamlessly through the final two months after I moved back home to Mexico—a major life transition that Laura navigated with incredible professionalism and care. Laura’s coaching was exceptional. Her training plans were smart, realistic, and tailored not only to my athletic goals but also to the very real life circumstances I was juggling at the time, including an international move and the grief of losing my father the year before. She struck the perfect balance between pushing me to grow and respecting my physical and emotional limits. Thanks to Laura’s knowledge, expertise, and steady guidance, I completed my sprint triathlon feeling strong, proud, injury-free, and very happy with my performance and finishing time. Even more meaningful, she helped me channel my grief into something positive and purposeful. The training became a source of healing, motivation, and forward momentum during a challenging period of my life. Laura is inspiring, motivating, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her clients as whole people—not just athletes. I am incredibly grateful for her support and for everything she helped me accomplish, both on and off the race course.

Laura was awesome, I'm absolutely thrilled with the bike fit. As someone new to cycling, I really appreciated the way she explained everything she was doing, and why she was doing it. I bought my Velotric Packer 1 last summer ( 2024 ) I put it together as best I could and took it out only a couple of times as it was very uncomfortable and not just enjoyable ! I knew 90% of the problem was that my bike wasn’t adjusted correctly for myself but the problem was I didn’t have time to, skill or patience to be able to do it myself ! I called a bunch of places that really were hesitant or flat out didn’t want my business ! Laura was amazing ! She and her assistant Brendin did an absolutely wonderful job getting my bike totally right for me ! I am now super excited to ride again as I am now confident on my bike after decades of not riding a bike ! I am 62 yrs old and now back outdoors and exercising again !
