Hands down the best cat café in CNY! 🐾 The staff are ridiculously sweet, the cats are tiny chaotic gremlins in the BEST way, and it’s literally a minute away from the largest mall in NY (perfect post-shopping 😌), and it’s cozy, welcoming, and guaranteed to make you laugh when a cat randomly parkours off the furniture for no reason. Plus, they genuinely support and celebrate the local community 🏳️‍🌈. 10/10 would let a cat ignore me, step on my laptop, and knock over absolutely nothing (because they are innocent).

Had a fun experience playing with the kitties. They were friendly and the atmosphere in the cat lounge was calming. However, the front desk person was not very welcoming or friendly. Other staff were nice though. She complained about many people being in the place at once, stated “it must be golden hour, where everyone decides they need to be here at once.” She seemed annoyed, like she did not want our money. Did not know her name, but she had short green hair. Not very welcoming in my opinion. Will not go back, but I did love the cats.

What a delightful and inviting atmosphere this cat café offers! The owner and staff clearly have a deep affection for the cats, knowing each one's unique personality and quirks. The cat room is thoughtfully arranged with an array of toys, cozy beds, and plenty of lounging and hiding spots, creating an engaging environment for the felines. It's heartwarming to see special needs cats thriving in such a nurturing space. This café plays a vital role in supporting local rescue groups by providing a haven for foster cats, all in the hope of finding them loving forever homes. I wholeheartedly recommend this tranquil spot and look forward to visiting frequently; it's truly a therapeutic experience surrounded by cats.

Cute cats! Peaceful and chill atmosphere. Cafe is separate from the cat room by a set of double doors, so the kitties don't get out (but they try!) There are a few simple rules to understand for cat safety. I went mid-afternoon on a weekday and was the only visitor. Cafe has tons of options. LGBT+ friendly. Go to their site and book in advance or see what special events they have coming up!

This cat cafe was all the pet therapy my group could have asked for! When we arrived for our reserved hour, the cats seemed to be in nap time, but were very happy to have the attention we gave them. All of the cats were very friendly and well behaved and seemed to respond well to all ages. The staff was also very nice and made some awesome hot beverages. They even have a gluten free scone and vegan goodies from Fat Cats (but nothing both vegan AND gluten free, at least when I was there). Overall a lovely experience on a gray day while traveling in the area for work.
