“This thoughtfully designed roastery in Las Cruces feels like it was made for lingering, with a spacious layout featuring couches and communal tables that invite you to stay awhile. The espresso-focused menu showcases meticulous pour overs and specialty drinks that earn serious praise from serious coffee travelers, plus their pastries (especially the cinnamon scrolls) are worth the visit alone. Fair warning: those train tracks outside add character, and while the coffee is genuinely excellent, you might want to skip the food and stick to what they do best.”
