Crema's Take

Tucked into Las Cruces, this beloved neighborhood gathering spot pulls in regulars with genuinely excellent cortados and European-quality pastries that live up to the hype—the kind worth breaking your diet for. Beyond the coffee, you'll find thoughtfully crafted breakfast and brunch dishes like steak and eggs and caprese chicken sandwiches, all backed by genuinely attentive service that makes the packed-house crowds feel like part of the charm rather than a hassle. It's the rare place where locals keep returning for the quality and the warmth, whether you're stealing an hour between appointments or settling in with friends.

I don't go to Las Cruces often. Usually for a Dr appointment. I've been going to this place usually 2x a year. It is a great place to eat. It's small but always crowded and the food is well worth it. I love the stuffed avocado. They also have fresh pastries.

Went for brunch. Husband enjoyed his steak and eggs. My omelette was good...but beware if you're on a diet because the homemade pastries are bound to make you fall off the wagon! Also, the service was incredible. Our server really catered to our grand babies.

We bought pies and pastries for a work event I held. Staff is so professional and order was done on time, great experience every time . Happy to support this local business.

Best breakfast of the trip. Excellent cortado, best pastries I have had outside Europe. Great breakfast sandwich also. Friendly and attentive staff! Perfect!

Excellent service and the place was packed. Rafael was an excellent waiter. Caprese chicken sandwich and French charcuterie assortment dazzled us. And definitely try the key lime cheesecake! We did not feel like we were in New Mexico for the time. This was basically a busy French diner. I would definitely return here!
