The best new gelato spot in San Jose. They have generous portions, kind and amicable staff (even the owner was serving customers), great service (unlimited samples to try everything) and large selection of flavors to try. They even have affogato with coffee or matcha which I’ll definitely have to come back for. I spent a good 5 minutes trying a multitude of flavors because they had so many flavors that intrigued me! The most appreciative aspect of Bacio de Latte was how true they were to their flavor and the quality of their gelato. All of the samples I’ve tried tasted like their flavor description while elevated by the smooth, light and creamy texture of the gelato. I got the piccolo cup ($7.95) which comes with up to two flavors. The cup appears small but is packed with gelato. I got the salted caramel and coffee caramel. It was refreshing and so enjoyable switching between bites of each flavor because they contrasted each other well. The salted caramel was amazing! Emphasis on the salty aspect of the caramel but balanced well with the sweetness of the caramel flavor and creaminess of the gelato itself. The coffee caramel had a bold coffee flavor with a subtle sweetness behind it. Kind of like a caramel frappuccino but not as sweet and in the form of gelato. When in the area, I would definitely take my family there and introduce friends or family from out of town here!

Delicious + multiple flavors - they encourage you to try as many as you like. On the pricey end. Great location! Long lines on the weekend. We always come here during weekdays to avoid that. Enjoy 🍨

Last minute decided to check out this place with my best friend and it was so worth the trip and wait! 10/10 for flavor, customer service, and aesthetic vibes. They just opened last week and the line was out the door - we probably waited for 45 minutes or more but it was so worth it. The staff were so friendly and efficient and let us sample as many gelato flavors as we wanted, as well as the pistachio cream that can coat the bowls and waffle cones. I went with buttercream pretzel 🥨 , chocolate 🍫 pistachio crunch, vanilla caramel, and super latte (a strawberry 🍓 jam flavored gelato) and they were all so amazingly yummy and smooth and creamy! My favorite was the buttercream pretzel and the pistachio coating. The ambience of the store is inviting as well; it’s super cozy and reminds me of being in a cafe in Italy! I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Hands down my new favorite ice cream spot! 🍧 🍨

This spot came as a recommendation from a friend, and boy, am I glad she recommended it! The staff genuinely feel like friends – happy to share your excitement, and match your curiosity about a particular flavor. For me, it was crema Torino, and I happily got lost in the hazelnut sensory journey. Rich and smooth, it’s the kind of flavor you remember. We visited on their very first day and even got 50% off – but even without that, this place is a clear winner.

One of my favorite ice creams! Back when I was living in Brazil I used to have it regularly! I’m so happy I’ll have it here now!
