1/27/2026 I showed up at 7:46 to get some kelani yogurt, as I was parking the employee inside saw me and rushed to the door to lock it. I get that I might of gone a little late but the store says it closes at 8:00pm not 7:46 not 7:50. That’s extremely rude. I hope the owner has time to talk to its employees lazy work.

The yogurt / ice-cream is good, because you really don't have anything else to compare it to in Boerne unfortunately. But something tells me they know that, and that's why the prices are so high. I cannot justify $5 for an instant Hot Chocolate made at the push of a button out of powder and water. Maybe that's why we were the only customers? But, the young lady that served us was really nice and constantly smiled, and that is something worth mentioning. If prices would be more appropriate, this place could be packed.

We came from out of town to Boerne for Christmas Eve to enjoy the holiday sights and I was 100% planning on buying a yogurt and 2 drinks from here but I wasn't able to and ended up spending money elsewhere. I wanted to try a flavor and the employee gave me a small souffle cup to get a sample but I asked if she could give me a spoon or a stick or something I could try my sample with but she told me the policy is she is not allowed to give me a spoon. I'm tongued tied and cannot lick it out of that small cup. I offered to pay extra for the spoon and stressed to her I was 100% buying a yogurt anyway and she would have to give me a spoon with that but I could use that one I used with my sample if needed, but she told me she wasn't allowed to give me a spoon according to policy. I asked her how I am supposed to try my sample without something to eat it with and she said "I don't know". I ended up trashing the sample and my husband and I found another place to buy our treats. I get that plastic spoons cost money but I offered to pay extra and/or use it with the one I was buying after I picked my flavor and she declined. I've never been to an ice cream/frozen yogurt shop that didn't provide you with something to eat your sample with.

We have been coming at least 4 times a year from Kansas City to Boerne for 10 years and we always made a point of stopping by Kelani’s with our grandkids. Sadly, today maybe our last time. It went from having 8 - 10 flavors down to 3…sour apple, tart and chocolate. So sad to see this happen and maybe your website needs to change as you don’t have 23 flavors

Tasty yogurt and good prices! Lotsss of topping options. Only one dairy free yogurt option (it was a sorbet) but it still tasted great- and normally I’m not a fan of sorbet. However there are more dairy free options that are drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the store was clean and well stocked. They also are available through DoorDash which is convenient. Inside the store there are a couple seating options, and a cute patio are between stores outside. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to come back!
