Crema's Take

This intimate Saline gem combines serious espresso craftsmanship on their La Marzocco machine with genuinely welcoming service that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. Beyond the expertly pulled cortados and cappuccinos, Arise shines with its small-batch pastries and breakfast items—think fresh blueberry muffins and strawberry scones alongside sandwiches with real ingredients—making it equally suited for a focused work session or catching up with friends over coffee that actually tastes like someone cared.

First time visit and it was so pleasant! Staff was very kind and welcoming, from ordering to having our food brought out it all happened in the blink of an eye, and everything tasted amazing. By far the best blueberry muffins in town! We will happily be back again to support a deserving local business.

Love this cafe/coffee shop! It's a smaller place, but it's still a great place for friends to catch up, and an equally fantastic option for a place to sit down and do some work. There are 5 tables, 3 tables that have seating for 2, and 2 tables with seating for 4, but there are also 6 counter/bar style seating spots available, all near outlets if you need to plug in. They offer free Wifi to customers that seemed pretty strong and worked for my purposes, and oh my gosh. Don't even get me started on their food/drinks - all just too good. The quiche I had was AMAZING and so was my chai. I liked that they also had delicious breakfast and lunch sandwich options on their menu (can I stay here all day?) and they have non-dairy milk options (oat and almond) for all their drinks. It's part of a strip mall with lots of free parking spaces, and they offer a cozy atmosphere with soothing music playing in the background when I was here. On a cold and snowy mid-November day, this is exactly where I wanted to be. Other perks: they have a nice community resource table in the back and restrooms for customers. Also - pricing seemed pretty reasonable. I spent $5 for a chai and $6 for a generous slice of quiche, so just over $10 even with tip and taxes. I feel like that's how much I'm spending at other coffee shops usually without even buying any food.

So good!! My husband and I wanted to try somewhere new, and safe to say we’ll definitely be back. Their iced berry matcha and cappuccino were to die for, and we also got a fresh, warm blueberry muffin, quiche, and bagel sandwich. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and it was such a nice and calm atmosphere. 10/10!

Delicious sandwiches and amazing coffee! A properly made cortado and cappuccino with a la Marzocco machine. Top that with fresh ingredients - a great stop for breakfast and lunch. Had the Turkey Reuben panini, delicious!
