Crema's Take
“This Saline institution is a genuine neighborhood gathering spot where espresso pulls are taken seriously and the staff knows regulars by name, creating that rare café atmosphere where both a quick coffee run and a lingering work session feel equally welcome. Beyond solid coffee drinks, they've built real community through events and partnerships with local producers like Zingerm, pairing quality espresso with thoughtfully sourced pastries and breakfast fare that rewards the extra attention to ingredients. It's the kind of place where the cozy, warm vibe isn't manufactured—it emerges naturally from the friendliness baked into how they operate.”

Cute cafe, obvious local fixture (lots of friendly regulars chatting with employees). Excellent coffee, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, fast service.
It’s a nice cafe that holds a lot of community events! The food is alright, I like the baked goods, and I would recommend to meet friends or do some work. Parking can be tricky.
What a treat I stumbled upon today! Cozy, Cool vibe when you enter. Giggles with the staff when you order from the fabulous menu of quality ingredient, locally sourced foods! I knew when I saw Zingermans and Barry’s Bagels that this place knows how to do things right! It’s quick and hopping in here on a Sunday morning, couples, daddy-daughter board gaming, girl chats, couches, lots of windows and light with a great view of downtown. And the COFFEE!!! SO good! I had the Festivas (English toffee and caramel). Yum;) And the everything bagel with egg and cheese- delicious!!! This is the spot you want to go to, I promise you will not regret it!
When you walk in you can tell from the atmosphere that it is a warm place to have a nice cup of coffee. The was quite the variety of splendors to order like soups, sandwiches, and pastries. The flavored latte my party and I had were quite tasty, though, I was disappointed when I took the lid off my cup and saw that my cup was half full. The sandwiches were decent, I loved that I could make the sandwich my own by selecting what I wanted to put on it. Overall, I wouldn't mind going back to take some more pictures of the exposed brick and large windows. Cute and tiny place to hang out with friends or just by yourself to get work done.
The service and atmosphere are good. I received my food promptly. However, the food was below average. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and it was burnt and somewhat hard. I would recommend going to a proper restaurant for breakfast food.
