Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this data, but I need to let you know there's a mismatch here. The reviews you've provided are about Macy's department store in Reno, not a coffee shop called Macy's Cafe. The feedback discusses shopping for clothing, beauty services, and store layout rather than coffee quality, cafe atmosphere, or beverage offerings. To write an authentic Crema summary, I'd need actual cafe-specific information like details about their coffee sourcing, drink specialties, seating atmosphere, or what regulars love about their experience there. Could you double-check the shop details or provide reviews that reflect the actual cafe experience?”

Steffanie at the Chanel beauty station was absolutely amazing. The most sweetest and helpful employee. I would absolutely come back and request her.
I normally order from Macy's.com or pick up in the store. The store is organized and there is a good mix of things on sale and also on clearance. I found a Calvin Klein suit on the clearance rack and was pretty happy. The only weird thing is the men's section isn't connected to the rest of Macy's (as far as I could see) and the overall mall was pretty run down. The sales clerks were helpful.
I love this Macy's. The salespeople are always there to help without being intrusive. I have my favorite brands (INC, Free People, Calvin Klein, Vince Camuto), but they surprise me every once in a while with something new in the women's section. My 25 year old daughter w special needs loves to ride the escalators! So we always make sure and check out Macy's Backstage when we are there! I got this amazing faux fur vest for my sister for Christmas! It is very well made, so soft, and fully lined inside. All for $24. It looks like $500! Cannot wait to gift it to her.
Such a wonderful experience in the men’s department. I’ll explain below.. The woman not so friendly and unwelcoming especially when asking for a simple bag, while shopping my daughter bag ripped. I was told oh you can go try customer service if you’d like. Customer Service asked which employee and was willing to help my daughter pick up the gifts from the ripped bag, I had to explain she was on her way across the mall not in the store. Great Customer Service trying to go way above and beyond. However, My experience was so heartfelt and welcoming at the men’s department. I lost my wallet, they got loss prevention but really didn’t have to after all because a manager found out that my wallet which I lost with everything including my drivers license. Had been found by a lady employee in the shoe department. I cried because my livelihood was and is attached to my phone including my hearing aids. As I wanted to pay it forwards to and gave that employee a gift card as a thank you! She didn’t want to take it but insisted it was the right thing to do. I’d given it to the person who turned it in but she was nowhere to be found. I definitely will be going to the men’s department again.
This Macys is located in Meadowood Mall. There is ample free parking with handicap access. The interior of the store is neat, clean and organized. The sales reps were friendly and extremely helpful. The beauty rep went above and beyond her duty to find my special mother's day gift which wasn't her product line. The other reps were helpful in directing me to the petite dept, fitting room and restroom. It was a great and successful experience.
