Crema's Take
“This unassuming cafeteria-style spot punches way above its weight with inventive signature drinks that capture the spirit of Hawaii, from their legendary plantation iced tea to creative macadamia-forward lattes that keep locals coming back daily. The real magic here is their willingness to experiment—think coffee slushies with blended coconut and unique flavor combinations—all executed with genuine skill that elevates casual coffee into something memorable and craveable.”

Open cafeteria. But surprising good stuff. Good cappuccino and matcha
We stopped by twice during our trip just for the plantation iced tea — it was that good! Refreshing, flavorful, and perfect for a warm day in Waikiki. You’ll need to order through the connected burger shop, but the process is easy and quick. The staff were friendly both times, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a hidden gem for a cool drink break
We stopped by this café today — as we do almost every day — for our daily coffee ritual, and we were really impressed! We ordered the Lucky Macadamia Latte and the Caramel Macchiato, and both were absolutely delicious. Rich, smooth, and full of flavor — exactly what we were hoping for to start our day right. What made the experience even better is that this location is more than just a coffee spot — it’s part of a larger food court area with plenty of tables and a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. The air conditioning works just perfectly here (not too cold, not stuffy), which is such a relief on a warm Hawaiian day. There’s a great variety of food options too — from fresh sushi to burritos, tacos, and even burgers that looked super tasty. It’s convenient, clean, and the service was friendly and quick. If you’re in the area and looking for a place to grab a great cup of coffee and maybe even enjoy a full meal, I definitely recommend checking out this spot. We’ll be coming back for sure!
Sweet and cool. Latte is very good.
The coffee at this place was something like I've never had before: it was effectively a coffee "slushy" made with a blended coconut and what I believe was a dried milk base. This made for an extremely interesting flavor and texture, enhancing overall mouth feel. It was definitely an unexpected treat. Just know that when they say "milkshakes," they mean something like a slushy made with some sort of dried milk powder -- but it does taste good! This is attached to a related burger joint, among other small restaurants in a mini cafeteria, which makes for a less than ideal coffee drinking experience. However, it is great for an overall lunch experience. I think the owners were also multilingual, and the menus were definitely in Japanese, as well as English. 日本語のメンユがあります。
