Pt's Olde Fashion Grille

This was one of the most pleasant places that I have eaten at in a very long time. Great customer service! I checked the wrong item on my order. They brought a grilled chicken sandwich and I told them that I had wanted a grilled chicken salad. The young gentleman said no problem. He took the sandwich and brought me back the salad. This is definitely a place that I will return to, as well as, recommend to my friends.

Always great food and service. Ask for crispy fries. One of the most underrated items is the turkey sandwich and add bacon. Never had a bad item on the menu for years

1st time here as I live in VA, was a great experience and one of the team members, Olivia, helped me when I asked her for a suggestion, she recommend a grilled chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, bacon, and pepper jack cheese which was great! Highly recommend, all the staff were not only nice but attentive as well.

June 2025 edit: we recently went to this location and the burgers seemed to be store bought patties, very strange for PT's. If this is a change they made chain wide, their success will not last. The fresh handmade patties were part of their winning formula.

I can not express how much my family loves this spot. Not only do my kids ask for it 10x a week but me and my husband always love treating ourselves to a PT’s burger. The service at this location is unmatched and everyone works so hard to get the food out on time. Highly recommend.
