January 15, 2025 worse latte ever. Yesterday's was a lot better. Today's actually sucked. You guys need to school these girls how to make real coffee. This girl knows nothing about making coffee.
It was a long wait in line for an overblended icy frappuccino!! Like another reviewer stated, the employees could use some customer service training. I did like the look of the mugs and travel cups they had for sale, though, and the baked goods looked pretty tempting. If I'm back to the casino I'd be willing to give them another try, as it'll likely be a long time before I'm back to the coast and that gives them plenty of time to improve.
I'm sorry to say but the coffee was not good coffee. I would not recommend the hot coffee nor the iced coffee.
The best vanilla iced coffee I've ever had in my life! The caramel and sea salt cheesecake is AMAZING! And I highly recommend the BLT chopped salad with the house dressing. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable.
It's a cute littlw spot - the girls working could use some customer service training - drinks are way over blended.
