Quite an elusive cafe. We ended up visiting it once when it was closed, 2nd try was told they were full, 3rd time lucky (although i reckon that's just our bad luck, other customers just rocked up and got served 😆) Well worth the wait. The souffles tasted as good as the photos. They were massive. We were about to order one each and luckily the waiter double checked with us. The chocolate souffle was very fluffy and very chocolatey. The caramelised banana souffle was more eggy with whipped cream served as side. They were both amazingly good and luckily we took the advice of the waiter or we would be rolling out of the place. Egg coffee was really good too. Fantastic atmosphere, very quaint, homely and the service was amazing. The cats and dog provided entertainment while the big brain fish looked scary 😆 (in a good way). Very glad we persisted and dropped to visit.

This place was amazing, we loved seeing the cats and the dog, they were all so cute and the food was wonderful and looked and tasted so delicious. I loved every single part of this little place. It’s a small space can only cater to 7 people max

A cute little shop in an alley, very chill and cozy vibes. The food is tasty and prepared quickly. The cakes are super bouncy and jiggly. A bit sad that the drink I wanted wasn’t available 🥹🥹. The place has some adorable cats that aren’t shy around people, but their ‘service attitude’ is a bit poor haha — they just sleep and don’t play with customers at all. You should definitely drop by 🌟

The Cory Caffee & Bakery in District 1 is an absolute gem! This family-run spot has the coziest, most welcoming vibe you feel like you’re stepping into someone’s home. The food? Next-level. We finally tried the Japanese soufflé pancakes, and wow…fluffy, light, and downright dreamy. Heads up: it’s super popular, so there might be a wait, but every bite is worth it. Highly recommend!

This was a great find in Saigon. Small coffee shop down an alley with character, friendly people, cute cats and delicious food. I had the strawberry Japanese soufflé fluffy pancakes. I can’t believe how tasty the combination of fruit, whipped cream and Japanese pancake can be. I wish I had time tomorrow morning to return and try the bacon cheddar omelette soufflé pancake for breakfast. It is a must stop place on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh.
