Crema's Take

Chloé Cà Phê & Roastery is a Vietnamese coffee shop in midtown Sacramento that pairs expertly crafted espresso drinks—like their show-stopping monthly specialty lattes—with an unexpectedly cool racing-themed atmosphere, complete with rotating vintage cars on display. The team executes both traditional Vietnamese coffee and creative signature drinks with real care and precision, making it a welcoming spot to linger over a smooth, well-balanced pour over or specialty creation. It's become a genuine community hub where the coffee craft matches the distinctive, car-lover energy of the space.

Wonderful viet coffee shop where they serve the best drinks and they make it with such care and art. I tried the monthly specialty rose cream latte. So beautiful I hardly wanted to drink it and ruin it! I also tried an ube honeycomb cake which was delicious.

Every time I come here there is a different car, or cars, on display. Not only do they have great coffee and pastries, the racing themed ambiance stands out and leaves a lasting impression. I can’t state how cool Chloe Ca Phe is. Make sure to check out this cafe in downtown Sacramento on Jazz Alley.

Chloe is a fantastic addition to the Sac coffee community and community at large. I’ve had nothing but great sips and experiences here—not sure what some of y'all are experiencing. Chloe utilizes arabica, canephora (robusta), and liberica coffee, resulting in more vast perceptions and flavors than what is present in other cafe’s cups. Great service, fantastic coffee, and expansion of knowledge on Vietnam’s specialty coffee culture? Run me back a second cup.

We ordered a cold double rose latte and a flat white — both drinks were smooth and well balanced. The shop has plenty of seating inside and convenient parking options, with both private and street parking available. They also sell whole beans if you’d like to brew at home. Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out.

Neat spot in midtown strictly for drinks. Was hoping to find some sort of pastry to go with our drinks but there wasn’t any. The walls were bare, not much decor. There was a Porsche parked inside which was cool. I wasn’t a fan of the pho coffee, although I heard that the matcha cloud was good. NOTE: Don’t bring cash as they only accept card payments.
