I work close by and did not realize they had more than donuts on their menu! I ordered the chicken caesar wrap and let meee telll yaaa yummm! Also got a hazelnut and macadamia nut flavored iced coffee. Great tasting coffee. The staff is always super nice to me. The lady working earlier knew i was picking up and so she made my coffee without adding the ice and waited for me to arrive to then add the ice so it wouldn’t be watered down! That was beyond amazing such a small thing that makes such a huge difference in customer service. Really appreciated that. Now that i know they have lunch and breakfast items i will definitely be ordering from here way more.

Serious Side Effect: Compulsive Repeat Visits Full transparency: I drove back to Raleigh with two donuts, and I’m already planning my next trip back. This place has an unofficial loyalty program that works like this: eat one donut, become physically incapable of not returning within 48 hours. Bottom Line: If you’re ever in Wilmington, you’re now legally obligated to stop here. Your future self will thank you—and probably resent how often you’ll be making the drive back.

Great local donut and breakfast shop. I had palmetto biscuit, but on a bagel because they were out of biscuits. Pimento cheese had great flavor. Donuts were good, though jelly filled seemed to need more jelly. Also had blueberry donut and it tasted great.

Absolutely amazing! Donut Inn is hands-down one of the best spots around for fresh donuts. The selection is incredible, so many flavors to choose from and everything tastes fresh, warm, and made with care. You can tell they really take pride in what they do. The staff was friendly, fast, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The donuts were soft, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. If you’re craving something sweet and delicious, this is the place to go. Highly recommend… I’ll definitely be back! 🍩🔥

The donuts were good, though be aware that if you order a raised yeast donut with icing on it, and not glaze, it’s likely to be on the sweet side. I ordered one alongside a glazed sourdough. Both were good but the sourdough was the better of the two from my perspective. The employees were nice and patient with us. The atmosphere left a bit to be desired as there was a group of older men in the shop having their social hour and spouting their political beliefs for all to hear.
