Crema's Take

This isn't your typical coffee shop—it's a wonderfully laid-back gaming cafe where you can linger for hours with a traditional cup of coffee while diving into an impressive library of board games organized by player count and type. The staff genuinely seems to love helping both experienced gamers and curious newcomers navigate their collection, and the spacious tables and chill atmosphere make it perfect for birthday parties, friend groups, or anyone looking for an excuse to slow down and actually connect with people. It's the kind of place where your coffee is just the warm companion to a longer, more intentional afternoon.

My son had a birthday party here today and can't say enough good things about this place! Very chill atmosphere, nice big tables to play games and the staff was friendly and down to earth. We will definitely be back!

They have a wide variety of games available from anywhere to 2-8 (or more players). Everything is separated by type and the staff is great at helping explain everything. There aren't a lot of food options, but service is great and everyone is friendly. They have a lot of specialized game nights and plenty of room for everyone.

Awesome little gaming Cafe. Staff was super attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere was very chill. Good selection of games as well, from two players and up. You can't purchase games there. However, there is another game store in walking distance, so you can try a game out here and buy it there if you like it.

Stopped in to check out library to see if worth trying. Very nice selection of games, including bigger games (feast for Odin for a light lunch). Menu looked fine and staff were very welcoming. Pretty basic inside, but perfect if you want to try out a big game before investing. Rating based on library as we haven’t had chance to return and try food. Also within easy walking distance to soldiery to buy the game as they didn’t have any for sale here when we visited.

Really cute concept. Lots of parking for the other businesses in the strip plaza- not as many for this location. I did ask the dentist office if I could park in one of their spaces since they were closing and received permission. They have a limited menu- one of the folks with us didn't like anything they offered for a sandwich offering, luckily he ate prior to visiting. The chocolate chip cookie is actually a chocolate cookie with chocolate- I recommend telling folks this prior to allowing them to spend money on chocolate chip cookies (wait staff description). Disappointed because they were too much chocolate. The small amount of pretzels for $3 needs to be seriously considered again. It doesn't seem commiserate with other offerings and costs. The ham on ciabatta was very tasty and the bbq chips premium taste. The $4 bagel with cream cheese was also good. I would say our server was not attentive. I actually called the store to ask how to order because I couldn't catch her attention, she spent a good amount of time chatting with staff who worked there. Being that it was our first time, I had hoped they would have explained more about expectations and the experience to us. I would go back- but have it spent over $50 for 3 people and only 1 having dinner- i recommend eating prior to going or make plans to eat after. This would be a great place for a large group- if you don't have space in your home.
