808 Sugar HI

My husband and I grabbed breakfast here one morning while visiting and it was good! They apparently have new ownership and have since changed their name and are rebranding. We got the morning glory breakfast bagels and I asked for the herb cream cheese on mine (which I highly recommend!). We also got a La más mona smoothie which was also tasty. The space looked like it was in the process of being slightly adjusted and updated. Which made sense with the new ownership. They also had some yummy looking treats, pastries and gelato!

Great spot! The service was really friendly, and it’s literally just steps from the beach. Enjoyed ice cream with my mother while watching a beautiful sunset right outside.

We were on a vacation and stumbled into this shop. Just conveniently across the street from the beach we were in. They have delicious breakfast items and drinks here. The Ube Mocha frappe is a must have. Great service and welcoming atmosphere too.

My wife and I would walk to 808 Sugar Hi almost every morning of our trip to Kihei. The staff/owners were amazing, helpful, and created a welcoming atmosphere every time we visited. It was directly across the street from the Kamaole Beach Park so it was fun to get our food and sit by the beach to enjoy it. We tried just about everything on the menu throughout the week and everything was extremely fresh and delicious. Our favorites were the bagel sandwiches, açaí bowl, hunky monkey smoothie, and of course the gelato. We looked forward to every trip we made here and hope to come back when we visit the island again. On the last day, they were even gracious enough to give us a couple freebies which was just the cherry on top. Great service, great food. Make sure you stop in when you’re in Kihei.

We stayed in Kihei for over a week and stopped by 808 Sugar HI at least 6 times because we love it so much! The coconut gelato is soooo good! We also love their breakfast bagels and açaí bowls. The staff is very nice and all the food looks delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.
