Crema's Take

MTN. Mystic Coffeehouse & Gallery is a wonderfully eccentric space where excellent coffee meets live music and local art, with a particularly charming touch of thoughtfulness like their coffee ice cubes that prevent dilution. Owner Dane has cultivated an atmospheric escape that feels like stepping into a whimsical storybook, hosting everything from casual coffee breaks to Friday night open jam sessions that draw regulars back again and again. The breakfast and pastries are stellar, made with real ingredients, and the whole experience—from the creative drinks to the gallery walls showcasing local crafts—makes it feel less like a coffee shop and more like gathering in a creative friend's living room.

Dane provides a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of special foods on certain nights. He also provides live music and Friday nights he has an open jam night which is a lot of fun. There are also paint nights and items to purchase from local entrepreneurs. Great place in the village.

Food was excellent. Atmosphere and the live music was wonderful. Food preparation was very slow. Overall, a very enjoyable evening out with friends.

Absolutely love this place! Excellent coffee (they have coffee ice cubes for iced coffee so that it doesn't dilute your coffee as it melts), amazing eggs and breakfast bar, and such a cool purpose. The owner is working very hard to make this a hub for art and community.

Place was awesome and whimsy. It was like I was transported into Alice in Wonderland. The owner is eccentric and like no other. Even had the opportunity to listen to some great music during an “open mic” 🎤 night. Stopped here by chance and hoping fate will bring me back one day.
