It was a vibe and thats the only thing saving this review. The man refilling the hookahs was also really great. Buttttt we paid for a section and after initially bringing our bottles, our server never came back. She was behind the bar texting, talking to security, going to the bathroom, everything BUT seeing if we needed anything. Everyone in our group had to keep going up to the bar all night and ordering their own drinks, on their own tab. For the minimum amount that we had to spend to get the section, the service from the server was terrible.
So maybe it was an off night. The drinks were fine, but the bartender lady (clearly not the pretty one) kept adding doubles to our order and charging extra for mixers. Maybe it's a small thing to me, but felt shady . Not my vibe. No one announced the kitchen was closing, servers never came to clear drinks from our table.. it's gonna be a NO for me. Don't add extra to the bill, it's stealing.
Came in early evening. Perfect spot to relax, get something to eat and smoke some hookah. Friendly service and vide inside is really nice. Best falafel ive had in a while. Will definitely be back next time I’m in rochester
Great spot for an impromptu date with your wife. We walked in and the vibes inside were good. Music was not super loud and we could have a conversation and hear each other. Was surprised how much we enjoyed the food. (We got wings) They have a hookah person who can give you advice on which hookah to pick if you have never tried before. Service was great, very friendly. The owner brought us our bill and let us know about food & hookah specials that we had no clue about. We spent 30$ less than we were planning. Will definitely be back.
I have visited this place multiple times. Loved their food and its halal. Love the mint margretta. The sitting area is nice you can choose to sit on the comfy couches or the table. Their wings are nice and the sharing platter is a must to have. The overall atmosphere is nice and well maintained. Prices are reasonable for the food however $10/glass for a refresher is on the higher side. We visited in a group of 10 for friend's birthday and we had a blast. Service was overall good and fast. Food arrived quickly, staff was mostly patient with us 😁.
