Telluride Truffle Artisan Chocolate
135 E Colorado Ave, Telluride, CO
Crema's Take
“This cozy Telluride spot is beloved as much for its exceptional Belgian drinking chocolates—particularly the Ancho Chile blend that fans swear they could drink daily—as for its artisanal truffles that strike that perfect balance of indulgence without cloyingness. The team here genuinely cares, going out of their way to make things right and creating a warm, dog-friendly atmosphere where regulars happily return again and again, often greeted by the shop's charming resident pup. Whether you're stopping by for a slow morning with pastries or meeting friends over one of their specialty drinks, you'll find thoughtfully crafted chocolates and a hospitality that makes the whole experience feel personal.”

We’ve bought them in town numerous times and they’re amazing! I ordered some for my wife for valentines and had some shipping issues with ups. Telluride truffle quickly responded and offered to refund my shipping charges! The emails from ups were incorrect and I got them the day I was suppose to but great customer service and response! 10 out of 10!!
Had one of the best hot chocolate. They ran out of hot chocolate in the morning and the barista told us to visit in the evening. The whole wait was worth it.
I know I had to try this shop. As a sweet tooth I cant resist desserts. Truffles are delish. Not too sweet. But I really love i their Belgian Drinking Chocolate (Ancho Chile). I can drink it everyday! Its thaaaat goood!
Stopped in to grab a sweet treat at the recommendation of another establishment. I grabbed the dark chocolate nut cluster with cherry. It was bright and smooth. Very enjoyable. My wife had the milk chocolate cluster and was pleased. It was late in the afternoon so I’m sure the gentleman behind the counter was worn thin but our interaction with him seemed short and forced. Like I said, the end of the day was approaching so I won’t hold it too strongly against him.
Me and my husband loved the shop so much we came back three times! Ben was incredible nice and helpful and the biggest bonus was of course getting to meet Huckleberry the dog! Can’t wait to come back here, the chocolate was worth every penny and more!
