Cimarron Coffee & Books

380 Sherman St, Telluride, CO

Crema's Take

Tucked in Telluride's mountains, this is where coffee lovers and book browsers collide in one genuinely cozy space where you can settle in for hours with a perfectly pulled espresso and a French toast muffin that lives up to the hype. The real magic happens in the vibe—locals working on laptops, artists sketching, friends lingering over pour overs while dogs lounge on the outdoor patio overlooking the San Juans. It's the kind of place that feels less like a caffeine pit stop and more like a community living room that happens to serve really good coffee.

Books, pastry’s, and a morning drink? What’s better? The French toast muffin was five stars by itself, so good! Well worth the pit stop!

First time in Ridgway and I had to try this coffee spot early morning. Ordered Matcha Latte and it was really good.

Amazing ambience and book store and a coffee place. It’s definitely worth paying a visit for the visit and to chill and sit around. People were working, doing art and chatting. It’s a whole vibe. It terms of food, I had a cortado, chai and cappachino. All was good, regular good coffee. Wouldn’t say something special like a house speciality. But it’s a good coffee place.

Really cute shop! I loved the book selection. However they offer 4 latte sizes and they all have the same amount of coffee. Personally if I am choosing and paying for a bigger coffee, it is because I want more coffee, not more milk to dillute the coffee.

Great coffee in a small town coffee shop. Outdoor seating with great views of the San Juans! Free treats for the doggos. Freshly roasted coffee beans to take home as well.
