Sonoma Valley Bagel

This place smells delicious! The scent of fresh bagels and general cleanliness are inviting. I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on a toasted onion bagel. It comes with mayo by default but I substituted mustard for that. The ingredients were fresh, and the bagel was legit. Service was great, prices were good.

My GF likes this place and tells me "its good babe" so first time trying to go get a bagel and they put barley any cream cheese on. My gf says "well maybe they thought we meant light cream cheese" trying to justify the little amount of cream cheese on the bagel. So we try a second time thinking sure maybe they heard wrong thing so this time we did not order light toasted so there was no chance of confusion and guess what again barley any cream cheese on bagel. They are absolutely disrespecting the shmear here. So third try ( my GF likes this place and doesn't really like cream cheese so its not a problem for her ) I order extra cream cheese so I can actually have a good bagel and what this place thinks is "extra" is laughable. They are 100% trying to cover budget issues with their lack of giving cream cheese. What else could it be? So probably 3 months go by without trying this place but today my GF wanted a bagel so sure lets try again. 4th time and still BARLEY ANY cream cheese. I threw it away because of my frustration. So thats enough of this place there's plenty of other bagel shops that HOOK YOU UP on cream cheese. Be better Sonoma Vally Bagel.

Great Bagels great service. They were customer oriented and made sure your order was correct

It's been over 12yrs last I was there.. ordered turkey on pesto bagel.. service was fast.. priced reasonable atmosphere was plesent if in the area will come again. I remember back in the days the owner asian lady was sweet person, I didn't see her there this time . Hope she still around.. those might have been her kids running the business now. Good place for bagel

I used to go to this place all throughout high school and even elementary! I was in the area since moving and decided to go again, it was noticeably busy but I simply ordered two EGG sandwiches, the price came out decent compared to other places but once I had left I noticed my bagel, had only cream cheese on it :(. For one, I’m lactose intolerant and 2. I was craving something more substantial to get me through the day. It was very disappointing as I had no time to go back and hopefully get something else figured out, I understand being busy but it was only two sandwiches in which I saw him writing the order down and he had even announced my order correctly so I wonder what happened.
