Crema's Take

This Pembroke Pines spot trades polish for convenience, serving up quick cortaditos and fresh-baked pastries to the gym crowd and long-time regulars who've stuck around despite inconsistent service. While the juices are solid and their traditional Cuban drinks have their loyal fans, the experience hinges heavily on who's behind the counter—some visits feel genuinely welcoming, others noticeably dismissive. If you're in the neighborhood and craving an authentic cortadito with your morning pastry, it's worth a shot, but managing expectations about both freshness and friendliness would be wise.

We have been loyal customers for over 20 years, but today was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. I ordered coffee with no sugar, yet it was full of sugar. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to remake it or offer a refund and took no accountability for the mistake. This was especially disappointing considering this is a place I’ve traveled to from Orlando for years. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I been to this location about 4-5 times. The first time i went service was decent neutral . Juices are 7/10. The only reason i kept going back is because they are near the gym and i come out hungry with no healthy options around . 2nd time i went back i asked her which drink has Pina . She reply with a nasty attitude " yo no se que tienen los jugos". Who can i ask what they have if theres no other employess there? I just choose based on the menu description . Every time i go back the blonde lady cashier is always so rude . She doesnt want to answer no type of food related questions. today i decided to give a reciew because i went and ask for the same juice as always and she gave me an attitudr from thr start and told me it will take long because of her deliverys . I understand is holidays and its busy . So i ask around how long so i can wait. she replys with such a negative attitude and couldnt even give me an estimate time ex:10-20 minutes . I dont understand how she still has that job after seing so many reviews about her

Terrible! The most rude service! They should be happy to have people spending money in their establishment, but instead they treat you as if they're the one doing you a favor. Don't forget costumers are the ones keeping you in business. Learn to treat your clientele with dignity and respect. Never coming back here again, not because of the food, but because of the way I was treated while being there, and no, I was the only one being treated with rudeness. Owner doesn't make you feel welcome at all.

I walked in wanting a simple cortadito. Instead I was greeted or not greeted is the case, with a pissed off face like I was there to bother her. She didn’t bother to give me a smile, or say “good morning, I’ll be right with you”. Nothing! After five minutes of being ignored, I left.

Are these people freaking serious. They served me old rotten moldy food. They don’t bake their pastries daily. The store leaves them out for days. I ate some of it too. I tasted something weird and it made me want to throw up. I can't believe this. These people really just leave their pastries out until someone buys it. Wow. I'm so disgusted with this place. This review isn't the end of this. Update: I called the business and they blamed it on humidity and it grew that much mold in less the 4-5 hours. Just amazed at them not taking responsibility.
