Make it Healthy

The vibe is beautiful, definitely has a clean cozy atmosphere. But the cucumber, lemon, lime and chia drink that I got tasted like artificial lemonade powder. There was barely any chia seeds. And it was $13 for a thirty 32oz. I think they would be a great place if they had more fresh options instead of powders. Or better price for the powders. My son got a waffle and he didn't like it nor did he finish it. Way too expensive for no fresh ingredients, as well as the artificial taste... The place itself tho is beautiful!

This husband-and-wife team is truly amazing. They are both so sweet and kind, and the wife is always so smile, she instantly makes your day better. The husband is just as friendly and thoughtful. You can really feel the care they put into their small business. Their protein smoothies are delicious, nutritious, and so refreshing. They’re filling without being heavy, have great flavor options, and are priced well for the quality. Everything tastes fresh and made with intention. They even deliver for free to our nearby business, which is such a thoughtful touch and shows how much they value their customers. Okay let’s start with the good, the lady working was so nice and the decor was cute! They also have a great concept to have all these different protein drinks. We ordered the açaí and the blueberry muffin smoothie. Unfortunately they were some of the worst drinks I’ve had. If they could rework the recipes it would be very beneficial

Loved this place! Small business of father/daughters. Staff was absolutely amazing and outgoing! Walked in for the first time not knowing what to get and received the best help with recommendations. So many protein options from waffles to coffee, sandwiches and shakes. Interior was gorgeously decorated. Will be back for sure!
