Crema's Take

Villa Coffeehouse creates a genuinely welcoming refuge in Idaho Falls where the carefully curated music and consistently excellent specialty drinks (locals rave about the hazelnut options) set the tone for meaningful work sessions and unhurried conversations. The staff like Tessa seem to genuinely enjoy recommending drinks and making regulars feel noticed, cultivating that rare cozy energy where you can settle in for hours without feeling rushed.

I visited Villa for the first time and had a great experience. Great coffee and Kristen (sp?) and Tessa were awesome; Tessa provided some great recommendations and took great care of me. The cafe is very spacious and inviting and loved the mug design. Will definitely come back when I visit Idaho Falls again. Thanks!

Always has the best music playing, every drink that I have ordered has been fabulous. This is an environment where I have found it easier to focus on my work, and comfortable. It feels chill and accepting. All of the Baristas have been excellent!

This coffee shop has the best cozy energy. The hazelnut specialty coffee was incredible, and there’s tons of seating for chatting or just relaxing. Super cute spot with a calm, welcoming vibe.

I really want to like this coffee shop. Customer service is lacking. Everytime I have walked in, no one has greeted me or said anything. Not sure who is an employee or customer. Their open/closed sign is always on closed so I’m not sure if they just forget to switch it. They have the smallest sign with their hours listed, not even on the door so it’s missed. I ordered a 16oz chai and I was not given 16oz. There was atleast 2 inches of foam in my to go cup. The cup is only 5in tall so I think the barista gave me around 12oz of actual drink and filled the rest up with foam.

Coffee was a little watery, customer service was meh. The bagels are teeny tiny and not fresh. This place could be so much more. I fully understand they do not want outside food brought in, but someone in our party had something from the bakery down the street, and the staff was not happy about it. It could have been handled better. They did offer to add syrups to my drink to make it taste better. I want to shop local but the whole experience wasn’t something I would return for.
