My office is down the street. I know everytime I come here is a struggle. I thought of calling my order in first. I wanted 6 breakfast pastries and 6 cold brews... This is the second time I have been standing in front of the menu waiting to order pastries and coffees and they take other orders form people who walk in after me. Even when I only order one coffee, they are so slow! Slothlike employees here. Currently at Villa, and they move with a sense of urgency and seem much more happy. People have places to be in the morning. Get with the program. Customer service- 0 stars.

-Immediate standoffish behavior from the guy behind front counter -Didn’t accept AMEX -I offered to pay with a check and quickly verify funds…was still denied -With no other way to pay I cancelled my $20 order and went to Zz Coffee Shop and was met with wonderful customer service. -Was surprised as we visited right after the new year and paid with Amex card. Coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and atmosphere was good then. -It’s 2026…Choosing to lose sales bc you don’t want to pay a credit card fee is crazy. Also, as a business owner your customer service is everything and lack of it is so detrimental to your company and it creates a negative experience for clients (or in my case, potential clients).

LOVE IT! Got the seasonal peppermint mocha and also tried the Berry Toast. It was totally great and with free wi-fi to do my homework! will def make this a regular stop

Lovely coffee shop! The vibe is cozy, clean, and beautiful; I could sit here for hours. They have so many unique loose-leaf teas; I tried the orange blossom and it was so, so good! The coffee was amazing too, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d never had purslane on toast before, and I loved it! The staff are so kind and helpful. Everything about this place just hits❤️

One of the best croissants my wife and I have ever had in our life is the ham and cheese! My wife and I have just moved to Idaho falls 2 months ago and have gotten a croissant almost every weekend! We love that they have real plates, cups, and silverware. Thank you to the staff for the best coffee and croissants! The staff is extremely kind and we love the atmosphere and Moose theme! They also have children’s books and we bought one for our first child! Thank you Moose Ridge Coffee Co!
