At 3.5 stars with complaints about both careless mistakes and occasional rudeness, it's a decent student spot if you're already in Ann Arbor, but not reliable enough to make a special trip.”

Been here a few times. Left this review because the girl working today's shift (9/30) in the evening was very rude. Demanding us to the self-service machine with an attitude while making a drink.
