Beyond disappointed! We were very excited to try the big cinnamon rolls with strawberry jam and cream cheese, but they didn’t have any premade. We were able to customize the regular cinnamon roll to have the strawberry jam and cream cheese added to it. When we got home and opened the boxes one of the cinnamon rolls was a complete mess! The cream cheese was poorly smeared and completely missing the strawberry jam. We didn't put anything on top of the boxes not even one box on top of the other. And what about the strawberry topping which is completely missing.

Great chain donut shop that isn’t well known. And kind of hidden on Lee Trevino. Friendly and fast service with a variety of options. Open 24hrs. Amazing.

Love the donuts here ! Lots of variety, nice people taking orders, and a creative atmosphere. I do have to say if you’re going to label and charge drinks by the ounce to make sure that’s what the customer is getting! Already spoke with someone from management who was more than willing to accommodate and explain as to why they weren’t full (because the machine they use control the portions). Otherwise Thank you Anel and Emily for your swift reply !

Hurts Donut is a total game-changer for anyone bored with basic glazed rings. The staff is consistently friendly and high-energy, making the vibe just as good as the food. Plus, the fact that they’re always open means you can satisfy a gourmet sugar craving at high noon or 3:00 AM.

What an awesome place, perfect for a date or a hangout!!! Staff was friendly and fun. 🤩 The donuts were great. Of course they’re double the price, but there’s no comparison of business vs the traditional ones. If I want cheap tacos I’ll go to chicos, if I want great tacos I go to taconeta, same concepts here if you want cheap donut go elsewhere, if you WANT GREAT donuts come here!!! The got ICE CREAM!!!
