Crema's Take

Fluid Coffee Bar is an owner-operated haven where the espresso pulls are executed with real precision, drawing praise for beautifully balanced shots that showcase the beans rather than mask them with sweetness. The owner's hands-on presence means you're likely to become a regular after just one visit—they remember names and orders while crafting excellent lattes and pairing them with stellar breakfast burritos. Multiple seating zones and outdoor space make it equally suited for lingering solo with your laptop or settling in for unhurried conversation.

This was my first time visiting the coffee shop and my last . When you can get coffee anywhere, you tend to visit places for the service. The woman behind the counter acted as though my being there was an inconvenience. I should have left… Only good thing I have to say is that the coffee was pretty good.

Excellent latte - best I had all day by a long shot compared to one in Keystone and one downtown Breck. You can tell when a shot is pulled and milk is steamed care. Breakfast burritos were also awesome - exceeded all expectations. Planning on going back this morning again before we start the day. Also! Hugeeee perk they open EARLY which is great for us eastern time zone folks up super early and ready to get at it.

Shop local when you can and especially when the owner is the operator. You can taste the heart and soul in every cup and after just my second visit he knew my order and name. This is the kind of place you want to shout from the rooftops and remind people that it doesn’t take a giant corporation to make great coffee. It’s almost always better when it’s local and small.

Great vibe nice people. The espresso was well pulled and taste. It had a nice balance of sour and a hint of bitter and low on the sweet. Very good overall. The cappuccino had a really cool flavor that lingered on the pallet. I couldn’t figure it out but it was cool. The pastries were average. The clientele were fun and striking up a conversation was very easy. Good time.

Good coffee, smoothies, and teas. A nice selection of breakfast burritos and other snacks foods. The store has a variety of seating areas, including small tables, long bars, and outdoor options. There's nothing unique to write home about, but you get exactly what you expect.
