Bagels are some of the best I've had. Dense, crispy, but still moist. Coffee is good and a fair price.

The establishment looked okay during our visit. Not greeted, just asked. "what can I get for you"? Not terrible but certainly not a warm greeting. The tables were not dirty per se but not all of them were wiped down. The outside seating could use some refurbishing. The area where we sat could've certainly used some sanding and resealing. No splinters but I wouldn't recommend anyone running their hand on the tabletop. The beverages were ok. We ordered a breve cappuccino: the shots tasted good, but I felt like I was served a basic breve latte instead. Iced matcha latte was decent tasting. The lemon raspberry muffing was the highlight. Moist, lemony and the raspberry shined through. Lastly the water cups that are being used need some attention. They are made of some sort of metal. I'm grateful they had free water but the cups need to be better kept. The inside looked like it had some sort of rust? This was a bit disconcerting to see. Overall a 3 ⭐ review.
