Breakfast Palace
2000 S Broadway, Denver, CO
Crema's Take
“Breakfast Palace is a cherished Denver institution with the kind of genuine diner charm where regulars have been gathering for decades, serving up consistently delicious breakfast classics like perfectly executed Huevos Rancheros and pork chops with crispy hash browns. The staff here moves with real warmth and attentiveness—servers remember your preferences and make thoughtful recommendations—making it equally perfect for a quick 10-minute takeout grab or a leisurely sit-down with old friends. It's the rare breakfast spot that feels both unpretentious and genuinely cared for, where you'll get prompt, smiling service and food that tastes like someone actually knows what they're doing.”

I had not been here for quite a few years. There were two of us, there was no wait to be seated and our waitress was quick to take our orders. I had Huevos Rancheros and it was delicious. They weren't very busy at the time, but they were also very friendly and attentive.
The breakfasts are fantastic! Served up promptly by a waitress, with a smile. I usually order take out, which only takes about 10 min. My one issue, my orders are missing cutlery or a napkin. All that is easily avoided, simply my me asking for such. Weekends are pretty busy, just some food for thought. Bon Appetit!
First time back at the Palace some they took down the prices off the windos. Very local diner vibe, the kind of place where old friends get together every week for decades. Service was very prompt and helpful. Food was just ok for the most part, but the prices are reasonable for what you get. 3.5 overall.
Great breakfast experience! First timers here. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and kind. Destiny, our server provided great menus feedback and made awesome recommendations. Her cheerful and bubbly personality set a happy tone for our entire visit. Our fd was spectacular. Really good OJ. We will be back! - The Tighe’s
Very good place for breakfast. The menu includes a lot of interesting options. The pork chops with hash browns and scrambled egg was cooked perfectly and just what I was in the mood for today. Some of the benedicts, omelets and pancakes sounded good too. Service was fast, friendly and patient first thing in the morning. The space has both counter and table seating in clean and pleasant rooms. A TV screen was showing local news and weather. There is a reasonably large parking lot attached.
