Crema's Take
“The matcha lattes here are genuinely excellent—bright, properly whisked, and balanced without being cloying—which matters because most coffee shops treat matcha as an afterthought. The space itself is the other draw: unusually polished and thoughtfully designed for a small Texas town, with enough room to actually linger or meet someone, and staff who clearly care about keeping it that way (though one reviewer caught an off day). If you're passing through Marfa and want a coffee stop that actually feels like a destination rather than a pit stop, this delivers.”
What to expect
Strong matcha and tea selection, with creative signature drinks. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Family friendly.

See all on Google →Stopped in Dimmitt, Texas to get gas and wanted a good coffee, so we looked up West Texas Coffee and wow. Walking in, we were honestly blown away. Such a classy spot in the middle of town. Got the Amarillo by Morning and the Dulce de Leche and both were 10/10. Highly recommend…
Absolutely love the environment it’s so peaceful. I had the caramel macchiato it was delicious.
The coffee shop itself is really nice , clean and affordable. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn’t great during my visit which took away from the experience.
The best hot match latte. Great ambiance, nice little space for the kiddos and great space for events or meetings.
I stopped by for a road trip coffee. I ordered an iced lavander latte that was delicious and not overly sweet. The coffee shop was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and cozy. Id definitely stop here again.
