Crema's Take
“This espresso-focused spot in San Luis Obispo wins hearts with consistently excellent coffee—especially their standout cappuccinos—paired with a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that feels like a creative community hub. The rotating local artwork, generous indoor and outdoor seating, and friendly baristas create the kind of place where you'll want to linger with a friend or your dog, making it the neighborhood's go-to for both serious coffee lovers and casual meetups. Their specialty drinks shine bright, though you'll want to stick with their excellent ham and cheese croissants if pastries are on your order.”

Probably the best coffee I’ve had in a while. Very nice environment!
Love this place! We walk our dogs from our house and enjoy a wonderful coffee or tea and bite to eat. Love the people who work here, they are friendly and welcoming. They serve you with a smile. 😊
The food has let me down most of the time besides the ham and cheese croissants. The cashiers always have an attitude like too cool to be there and no one really smiles..They forgot my croissant at least twice waiting over ten minutes, with no one ahead of me. I stopped getting bacon bagels because the bacon is really gummy, even if I ask for crispy. (I've thrown the bacon away before, sacrilege) So I decided to try the breakfast burrito. The hash brown were mushy, the eggs were really fluffy, so mushy.. there was one piece of bacon which added some texture and it was hot.😅 Then add on cream cheese, cheese, salsa and microwave veggies.. soo, umm whole burrito was goo wrapped in a tortilla. For $9.25 plus $2 tip... I'm definitely feeling ripped off for 5inch breakfast burrito. I'm hungry so maybe it'll be better if I let it congeal for while?! (Already looking better in the picture after sitting, woohoo!) None of this would be that bad but the staff is a bit unapproachable so I don't want to complain. Maybe this will reach the right person? As I said, ham and cheese croissants are on point. I'll still go in 1 day week instead of 4 to 6 😂 You can only eat so many croissants a week.
Good coffee and nice seating areas inside and outside. There is a rotating gallery of artwork, which is nice to look at. I wish they had some more selection with the pastries, and their lox sandwich was a bit light on lox. Otherwise, the breakfast burrito and all the other food is great.
Love, love, love, the coffee here!! It is so delicious and their cappuccinos are incredible. So is their chai tea latte. We’ve gone to the Nautical Bean on Parker every week for a coffee date this past year, and this new location is closer to our neighborhood. It’s such a nice building and great space. The parking lot behind is also nice.
