I meet with my tutor here every Sunday - it’s a great place for quiet conversation and focused work. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for learning or casual meetings. Their matcha coffee is excellent - smooth, fresh, and beautifully served. ☕

Ok, not my first rodeo, but my 1st coffee shop in Tulsa. A definite winner. Atmoshere is very nice, lots of space, tables, 2 rooms and a large patio area. There were a number of people in there but it never felt crowded or noisy. A great place to hang out, work, read, meet your friends, or spend time by yourself. Coffee was good, the cream on the Latte was very thick and had a rich flavor with depth. My wife got a tea and loved the selection, presentation, and flavor. This place is a jewel.

My wife and I do coffee dates in every state and picked this places for Oklahoma. Aesthetically this place is great. We weren’t spoken to when we walked in… & our drinks weren’t great. We ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latta, Maple Cinnamon Delight, & Banana Bread Latte all iced. The cinnamon delight and pumpkin tasted sour. 0/10 for drinks.

Collab Coffee: Where Kindness Meets Craft Collab Coffee absolutely outshines Gypsey’s. When we accidentally ordered the wrong drink, they didn’t hesitate—they remade it with zero fuss and full kindness. That kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. The atmosphere? Chill, cozy, and genuinely inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in with a laptop or catch up with a friend without feeling rushed or out of place. And the coffee? Superlative. Rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with care. Every sip confirms that quality is a priority here. If you're looking for a spot that blends hospitality with top-tier brews, Collab Coffee is it.

Absolutely thrilled to find this space. One thing I noticed right away was all the seating! Indoor and outdoor and just spacious in general. Lots of plants too. Welcoming staff and a variety of pastries which is always a plus. I went with an iced matcha, not too earthy.
