Crema's Take

Tucked away in Telluride, this artisan bakery excels at hearty, craveable sandwiches—from their legendary Sunshine Italian on perfectly crispy ciabatta to inventive breakfast sandwiches loaded with fresh ingredients—making it an ideal fuel-up spot before hitting the slopes or trails. The laid-back, laptop-friendly atmosphere and reliable wifi make it equally suited for working professionals or families looking for a casual meal, though the coffee and baked goods tend to shine brighter when you arrive earlier in the day.

We had the breakfast burrito (which was yummy and perfect fuel before the perimeter hike) and coffee. The baked good looked and smelled delicious. The service was ok...no one working there was very friendly or helpful beyond the task of doing their job. We didn't go back during our visit.

The Sunshine Italian has got to be THE BEST Italian sandwiches I have EVER had! We had the pleasure of being able to get two during our long weekend stay in Telluride! The crunch of the ciabatta was EXCELLENT and was everything and more! The ingredients were perfect and fresh, but y’all THAT BREAD…. OH! It could’ve been my last day on earth and I would’ve been happy!!

Fantastic breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the egg and sausage with avocado, it was delicious. They have drinks as well and wifi for the kiddos or if you want to work while eating. Highly recommend this place, the breakfast was fantastic.

Killer French dip! But I would take any of their sandwiches any day of the week. Everything is awesome. Good salad, cookies, service. What more can you ask for. If it’s your first visit, they do take out orders if you call, dine in is very casual with some seating available inside and out. Pretty consistent 10-15 minute wait whether you call or order in. Very fair prices. This is my favorite lunch spot!

Off the beaten path bakery a little bit out of town. The breakfast sandwich was great but surprisingly the baked goods like the ham croissant and cookie were stale or dry, and we even went in the late morning. After seeing other great reviews we were really disappointed. I expected a dedicated bakery to excel at the baked goods. They did have a small area with outside seating that we could sit with out dog.
