Rude cashier To the owner: when talking about the drink options please share with your staff how to point out flavor choices or verbally share where to find the choices. When I ordered I said I wanted a sixteen ounce cold brew with room for cream. The cashier said do you just want it black. I asked what other ways you all could make it and the cashier darted their eyes. I tried to follow their glance and saw three signs one tiny sandwich board with milks, teas, and stripe flavors. I looked at these signs and asked what do you mean when you say do I want it black, what other options are there? I’m not understanding what you are saying. This time they rolled their eyes. I repeated my order, paid and left. This was my first and last time there. My name is April-Kay, not April.

I love this place so much, the drinks are amazing and so are the sweet treats!! I’ve been going here for about a year now and they’re always so sweet. The owner daisy is phenomenal she always knows how to make my drink perfect and she always makes my day!!

I’ve been to this business a few times in the past and have generally had neutral-to-positive experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. During my most recent visit, the service was genuinely uncomfortable. The woman assisting me was extremely rude, made no eye contact throughout the interaction, and actually walked away mid-order without explanation. I was left standing there unsure of whether I was being helped at all. Good customer service doesn’t require over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and communication matter. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s unfortunate because I had previously chosen to support this business. Sadly, I won’t be returning and will need to find a new coffee spot. A picture of the top of the head of the woman as I do not believe in putting someone’s face like that out here. However it would be wonderful if basic courtesy can be addressed with this individual.

First time trying this spot. Super sweet lady working! I wish I had gotten the largest size of drink because that pumpkin churro cold brew I got was the best coffee I’ve had in a hot minute!! So good

The best drinks in town!! Everyone is always so nice and helpful! There are also lots of cute coffee lover things for sale and a good selection of snacks!
