Crema's Take

This Portsmouth gem combines serious espresso craft with the warmth of a neighborhood gathering spot, where baristas remember your name and the bohemian-styled space invites you to linger for hours. Beyond the carefully pulled shots and smooth cold brew, the attached market showcases local artisans and imported treasures like Turkish delights and baklava, turning your coffee run into a small adventure.

My husband and I absolutely adore Caffe Kilim! This is our go to coffee spot every morning. The baristas are fantastic and always so welcoming when we come to the shop. We've become regulars here and the coffee is always consistent every day. On the weekends, we love hanging out in the shop and reading the Sunday newspapers. Everybody here is so sweet! Definitely check them out if you're in Portsmouth!

Genuinely this has been one of the cutest and most welcoming coffee places I’ve ever been too. The staff were so incredibly welcoming and sweet and I talked with the baristas like the whole time while I was there and they were so sweet, also their decorations were absolutely gorgeous it felt like a cute little home inside, it was very welcoming and extremely nice to sit and relax there for a bit. They had a bigger space than i imagined and there was plenty of spots for people to sit and do work or just enjoy their coffee (exactly what I did) and it all around was such a pleasant experience and atmosphere there coffee was also extremely good I got a Carmel latte and it was like so so so good they did a great job! Would 100% recommend this place!

Cafe Kilim brews up some delicious coffee. Super chill vibes where locals love to hang The market offers a great diverse variety of unique food and gift items made from locals. Decided to stop by as I saw an available parking space, which is like finding gold!. The sun peaked out on this particular October afternoon, making it perfect timing to sit outside at one of the Bistro tables and sip my brew, soak up some sun, and watch the world go by. Excellent customer service, too! Stop by this unique spot and soak up some local flavor!

Got a Turkish coffee here and some baklava. It was a really cozy shop. The ambiance and decor is best described as bohemian. The Turkish coffee was full of grounds, a telling sign of poor quality. The baklava was delicious though!
